Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the UK and EU is 3–7 business days; tracked international delivery is 7–14 business days. A tracking number is emailed once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Product Warranty & Quality
Every product is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. All physical goods are covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Secure Payment with myPOS
Checkout is fully secured by myPOS, a regulated European payment institution. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and other major debit and credit cards. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end and processed on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Ashbury Secure never sees or stores your full card details.
