Last updated: May 2026.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how physical products bought from www.ashburysecure.co.uk, operated by Paola Iraca, trading as Ashbury Secure Solutions (sole proprietor, SIREN 101 164 473, SIRET 101 164 473 00015, APE 62.01Z), 29 Boulevard d’Alsace, 06400 Cannes, France, are delivered to you. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. What we sell and how it is delivered
All products listed on the site are physical Modern Security & Privacy Essentials items. Every order is packed and dispatched from our logistics partner. Deliveries to the United Kingdom are carried by Royal Mail (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48), Evri, DPD UK or Parcelforce, depending on parcel weight and destination. Deliveries within France and the rest of the European Union are carried by Colissimo (La Poste), Chronopost, DPD and UPS. International deliveries outside the EU and UK are carried by DHL Express or UPS. Delivery is completed in one of the following ways depending on your location and chosen shipping option:
- Standard tracked shipping: your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
- Express shipping: available at checkout for eligible destinations. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Click & Collect: not currently available. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated transit times are:
- France and EU countries: 2–5 business days for standard shipping; 1–2 business days for express.
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days for standard shipping; 2–3 business days for express.
- Rest of World: 5–14 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.
These are estimates provided by our carriers and cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated window, contact support@ashburysecure.co.uk with your order number. We respond within two business days and will investigate with the carrier at no extra cost to you.
3. Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to the address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Use the link in the email or enter the tracking number directly on the carrier website to follow your shipment. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder before contacting us.
4. Packaging
All orders are packed securely to protect the products in transit. We use plain, discreet outer packaging. Product packaging inside reflects the Ashbury Secure Solutions branding. We do not include printed invoices in the parcel; your invoice is sent by email and is also available in your customer account.
5. Failed delivery and lost parcels
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available, the carrier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier within one business day of your report.
Lost parcel SLA: a parcel that has not arrived and is not making tracking progress will be declared lost after 10 business days from dispatch for United Kingdom and European Union destinations, and after 21 business days from dispatch for the Rest of World. Once a parcel is declared lost, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund (your choice) within 5 business days of the declaration. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
6. Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives with visible external damage, or if the product inside is damaged, you must:
- Photograph the outer packaging, any damage to the box, and the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email the photographs together with your order number to support@ashburysecure.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we have verified the damage from your photographs, we will dispatch a free replacement at our cost, including return collection of the damaged item where required. No return shipping fee is charged to you for damaged-on-arrival claims. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days of verification.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. This right is granted under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Code de la consommation, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, and the equivalent rights preserved under United Kingdom consumer law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) to:
- Ashbury Secure Solutions, 29 Boulevard d’Alsace, 06400 Cannes, France.
- support@ashburysecure.co.uk
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error, in which case we cover the return shipping. Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories, and unused beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but excluding any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, or from the day you provide evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Tax and currency at delivery
The price displayed and charged at checkout includes any applicable VAT for consumers based in the European Union, in line with French and EU VAT rules for physical goods. Your invoice, available in your account immediately after purchase, shows the breakdown. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
9. Geographic availability
We currently ship physical products to most countries in Europe and selected international destinations. We do not ship to countries subject to EU or UN sanctions. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there. If you are buying from outside the EU, you remain responsible for any local import tax or duty that may apply to your purchase.
10. No digital deliveries
All products sold on this site are physical items. We do not sell or deliver digital downloads, software licences, or any other intangible product. Any communication claiming to offer digital files or downloads from Ashbury Secure Solutions is not from us and should be reported to support@ashburysecure.co.uk.
